As a client in the Nordic Mindset program, you won’t be navigating your journey alone. You will be paired with a certified Mindset Mentor who will guide you every step of the way. On this page, you have the opportunity to choose the mentor who feels right for you—someone you resonate with and feel comfortable opening up to. This is where the program becomes truly personal.

Here, you can explore each Mindset Mentor in detail. You’ll be able to see their photo, read a short introduction, and watch a brief presentation video, so you can get a genuine sense of who they are before making your choice. Finding the right match is an important part of your journey, and we want you to feel confident in your decision.

Throughout the program, you will have a personal session with your chosen Mindset Mentor every eight days. These sessions are designed to help you reflect on what you’ve learned, gain clarity, and deepen your understanding of each tool. More importantly, they ensure that you know exactly how to apply the tools in your daily life.

Because real transformation doesn’t come from knowledge alone—it comes from implementation. Your Mindset Mentor will help you bridge the gap between understanding and action, so the tools become a natural part of how you think, feel, and behave.

All Nordic Mindset Mentors have completed the Mindset Mentor Academy, where they have undergone intensive training in the Nordic Mindset methodology. This means they are not only deeply familiar with the tools—you can trust that they have learned how to guide others in applying them effectively.

Their focus is simple: to make sure that what you learn doesn’t stay theoretical. They are highly skilled in helping you turn insight into lasting change, so you can experience real, measurable results in your everyday life.

With the support of your Mindset Mentor, you gain both accountability and direction. You’re not just learning a program—you’re being guided through a process designed to create meaningful, long-term transformation.

This combination of powerful tools, personal choice, and dedicated guidance is what makes the Nordic Mindset experience unique—and what enables lasting change to truly take root.

Pernille Cupido

Short Bio:

Hi my name is Pernille, I live with my husband and teenage son in a small town in Denmark

I have always worked with people. As a young woman, I traveled to England and the US, where I worked as a personal assistant. Afterwards, I completed a tour guide education and worked in the Philippines. Later on I worked in Israel and South Africa

In 2000, I became a nurse and have primarily worked with cardiac patients, most recently in intensive care. I have a contract with the Danish Defence, and in that capacity I have been deployed as a nurse in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

In 2020, I trained as a Senetense practitioner, and in 2022 I opened my own clinic, where I mainly work as a health-focused body therapist. In 2024, I further specialized as a Neuro Muscular Function Test practitioner. In 2024 I was certified as a danish mindset mentor and later I successfully became a certified nordic mindset mentor.

My passion is helping people achieve a life with both physical and mental surplus. The human being is a whole—when we take care of both the body and the mindset, we create balance and energy. If one part is struggling, it inevitably affects the other. Therefore, my focus is always to strengthen both areas to ensure balance.

With the fantastic tools of the Nordic Mindset, which create lasting positive changes, it would be my pleasure to help you as well. I look forward to meeting you.

After 38 years as a police officer, going through a divorce, becoming a Tai Chi instructor, training as a sexologist, and now working as a certified Mindset Mentor, I’ve learned one thing with absolute certainty: life will always challenge us—but we decide how we meet those challenges.

Michael Allentoft

For many years, I carried the feeling that I wasn’t good enough. I often felt awkward and out of place in social situations, and the fear of what others might think held me back.

That became the starting point of my journey into physical training and personal development. In the beginning, it was about proving that I was good enough—but along the way, I discovered something far more important:

When you learn to take control of your thoughts, you change your life.

Nordic Mindset accelerated my development and gave me concrete tools to create mental calm, confidence, and real results.

Today, I have more than 10 years of experience in physical training and personal development—but your journey doesn’t have to take that long.

I primarily work with teenagers and young adults who feel pressured, overwhelmed, or trapped in their own thoughts.
