Short Bio:
Borja Yas is the Master Franchise Partner for Nordic Mindset in Spain, leading the expansion and development of the Nordic Mindset methodology within the market in Spain.
Since 2017, Borja has worked in personal transformation, mindset coaching, and human development. Borja also studied Kinesiology within the Health & Science field and Physical Education in the United States, combining performance, mental training, psychology, and wellbeing into one professional approach.
Borja works closely with Nordic Mindset Global to support mentors, franchise partners, and participants across Spain.
Nordic Mindset is a powerful 120-day mindset training program designed to help people create lasting mental and emotional change. Through 32 practical mental tools and psychological strategies, participants learn how to take control of their thoughts, strengthen their mindset, improve confidence, reduce stress, and create more clarity and direction in everyday life. The program is now available in Spanish.
