Short Bio:

Frans Wennich has built his personal and professional stability through nearly 30 years of dedicated work as a craftsman and master tradesman. Along this journey, his passion for mental development grew, leading him to train and work as an existential coach, mentor and mediator, gestalt therapist, psychotherapist, couple therapist, sexologist, and ultimately a mindset mentor—giving him a solid and unique professional foundation.

Today, Frans represents Nordic Mindset in Portugal and Brazil as the official Country Manager and franchise holder. He is responsible for the full implementation, growth, and quality assurance of Nordic Mindset across these markets.

To ensure a strong and professional foundation, Frans has initiated Pioneer Projects in his regions. These projects are designed to create a close connection between Nordic Mindset Global and the local markets, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. The pioneers are carefully selected individuals who speak English and Portuguese, ensuring direct alignment with the global platform and supporting future expansion.

While the pioneer projects mark the beginning, Frans’ role extends far beyond this. He leads the overall development of Nordic Mindset in his territories and serves as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, collaborations, and opportunities within Portugal and Brazil.

Based in São Paulo, Frans is actively expanding across Brazil and beyond, building bridges between cultures, languages, and modern mental training methodologies.
